Job summary

Canada West Harvest Centre Inc. in Yorkton is seeking a Parts Associate to support CLAAS parts and service teams. You will use Aspen and CLAAS systems, assist customers, and work with Parts, Service, and Sales staff to keep operations efficient.

The role requires forklift certification, a valid driver's license with a clean history, and the ability to travel regionally. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position in a family-owned Saskatchewan company.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Diploma preferred, not required.
• Two to five years' industry experience, preferred.
• Working knowledge of CLAAS Parts a plus.
• Prior experience in parts sales / counter experience, preferred.
• Valid forklift certification required.
• Valid driver's license with verifiable safe driving history.
• Ability to travel within region and work with limited supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.

Your Role On Our Team

• Accurate and timely utilization of Aspen business system and the CLAAS parts support systems.
• Effectively works closely with other dealer team members in Parts, Service, and Sales.
• Provides input on creating processes to ensure the Parts Department runs effectively.
• Works extended hours, as needed, during peak seasons as well as carrying a parts on call phone for after hour service.
• Uses Service Manuals and Parts Books to look up specs and parts for repairs.

Your Profile

• Journeyman Diploma preferred, not required.
• Two to five years' industry experience, preferred.
• Working knowledge of CLAAS Parts a plus.
• Prior experience in parts sales / or counter experience, preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklift and other large machinery / must be able to pass and maintain a valid forklift certification.
• Valid driver's license with a verifiable safe driving history / ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to multi-task and follow through with defined tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Farm background desirable, not required.
• Ability to travel within region and to be able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to operate large machinery.
• Valid driver's license required with verifiable safe driving history.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
