Birchwood is seeking a Parts Consultant to maintain inventory, stock parts, and assist technicians in locating items for service. You will resolve discrepancies between digital and physical stock, verify invoices, and focus on meeting customer needs with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and collaboration, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and proximity to Winnipeg. Prior parts experience and a valid driver's license are assets.

This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary

The Parts Consultant plays a key role in creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This professional is responsible for accurately tracking, stocking, and monitoring parts inventory, as well as assisting the technician in locating the parts needed for service. The parts consultant will also resolve discrepancies between computerized inventory and the physical inventory of parts, verify invoices, as well as work to meet customer's needs. This position is better suited for an individual with attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Shift details

Mondays to Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• Parts experience would be an asset
• Automotive parts knowledge is considered an asset
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
