Birchwood Steinbach Toyota is seeking a Parts Consultant to manage parts inventory, assist technicians, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. You will track, stock, and verify parts, resolve inventory discrepancies, and verify invoices while supporting service teams.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license to support accessibility and operations. This is a full-time on-site position in Manitoba.

Qualifications

• ADP or CDK experience is preferred.
• Tire selling and aftermarket parts knowledge is an asset.
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills.

This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.

Job Summary

The Parts Consultant plays a key role in creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This professional is responsible for accurately tracking, stocking, and monitoring parts inventory, as well as assisting the technician in locating the parts needed for service. The parts consultant will also resolve discrepancies between computerized inventory and the physical inventory of parts, verify invoices, as well as work to meet customer's needs. This position is better suited for an individual with attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
