Job summary

Standard Dodge is seeking a Parts Specialist to support the parts department and ensure timely, accurate delivery of parts to local body shops in Canada.

You will manage inventory, assist customers, and work closely with the Parts Manager to fulfill internal and external orders with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Parts department experience is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts.
  • Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Communicate with Parts Manager regarding inventory needs.
  • Process parts orders for internal departments and external customers.
  • Verify order accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Assist in returns and warranty processes.
  • Efficiently deliver parts to the body shop in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external customers.
  • Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns with professionalism.
  • Handle technician parts needs in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper parts handling to book in service repair orders that require a part (or a part on order).

As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the parts department and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to local body shops. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Job Duties:
