Job summary

Robert’s Equipment in Chesley, ON is hiring a Parts Associate to support both front and back counter operations, source parts for customers and technicians, process sales orders, and keep the showroom and inventory organized in a fast‑paced dealership setting.

You’ll benefit from a collaborative team, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement; 1–4 years in parts, warehouse, retail, or customer service is ideal, along with strong communication and a willingness to learn about equipment

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in parts, warehouse, retail, or customer service environments.
  • Interest or background in agriculture, construction, automotive, or equipment industries.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with technology, inventory systems, and Microsoft 365.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Willingness to learn dealership systems, equipment, and manufacturer products.
  • Mechanical aptitude or equipment knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers and Service Technicians with identifying and sourcing parts.
  • Processing sales orders, returns, work orders, and inventory transactions accurately.
  • Supporting inventory organization, stocking shelves, and maintaining showroom displays.
  • Preparing parts orders for Road Service Technicians and couriers.
  • Participating in cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
  • Learning manufacturer catalogs, dealership systems, and parts processes.
  • Staying current on product updates, promotions, and manufacturer bulletins.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe parts department environment.
  • Supporting marketing programs, promotions, and showroom presentation.
  • Participating in training, meetings, and ongoing development opportunities.

Now Hiring: We are currently seeking a Parts Associate to join the team at our Chesley, ON location!


What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be an important part of the Parts Department, supporting both front and back counter operations while building your knowledge of equipment, inventory, and dealership systems. Your day‑to‑day will include:
