Qualifications

• Éducation secondaire ou équivalente requise.
• Compréhension des pièces automobiles.
• Licence de conduire valide et dossier de conduite acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assister les clients dans le magasin de pièces.
• Établir des estimations en évaluant les coûts des matériaux et services.
• Préparer les ordres de réparation (RO) et entrer les données dans le système.

Compensation : $, per year plus monthly bonus

What You Will Be Doing :

• Assist clients in the parts store
• Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system
• Provide parts for the Auto techs for ROs
• Desire and capability to assist happy clients to obtain the right products
• Ability to perform parts inventory audits
• Work without constant supervision
• Follow all Health and Safety guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table :

• High school education or equivalent
• Understanding of automotive parts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly attitude
• Above-average technical knowledge
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
