Job Responsibilities:

Waste Control Service (WCS) is a private waste and recycling collection company serving residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients in Greater Vancouver.

We are looking for: Under the supervision of the Fleet Coordinator and Fleet Maintenance Manager, responsible for inventory control and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor stock levels of truck parts.
• Conduct routine inventory checks to prevent shortages or excess.
• Communicate effectively with Mechanics and Drivers.
• Organize parts room daily.
• Update inventory records in TRUX software.
• Assist with transporting trucks and parts pickup.
• Ensure compliance with WHMIS and safety standards.
• Participate in safety programs and correct unsafe acts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Automotive/Transport industry is a plus.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean abstract.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and physically fit.
• Exposure to noise typical of trucking and shop environments.
