We're looking for a sharp, persuasive, and socially intelligent Outreach and Affiliate Specialist who thrives on strategy, human psychology, and high-stakes negotiation to join a Toronto-based team of iGaming and sports betting pros with a global vision and a relentless pursuit of performance.

With an initial focus on outreach for crypto sports betting and sweepstakes brands, our ideal candidate should be extremely well-versed in outreach to communities across each vertical.

The Role:

As our Outreach and Affiliate Specialist, you’ll be handed a steady stream of qualified leads. Your mission: reach out, build rapport, pitch value, and close high-impact deals across a range of verticals—from sweepstakes and sports betting, to influencers, poker players, and iGaming streamers.

You’ll communicate across multiple platforms—email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), web forms, and wherever your instinct takes you. Each partner is different. Every pitch, personal. You’ll know how to read the room before entering it.

About the team:

With a platform built and funded by a quantitative sports betting fund over six years ago, their goal is now to modernize the art of bookmaking, beginning with helping one of the sharpest brands in the world better manage their sports betting risk. The company ethos revolves around wearing multiple hats, finding practical solutions to problems, and embracing the basics to build a strong foundation.

• Competitive annual base salary (commensurate with experience) - *paid bi-monthly in crypto*

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead direct outreach to prospective affiliates and partners using provided leads
• Tailor your communication style across platforms: email, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, etc.
• Pitch our offerings, negotiate deals, and close partnerships that favor our business goals
• Test different methodologies and approaches until you find what works
• Adjust quickly across markets, project types, and audience behaviors
• Manage relationships and keep prospects engaged throughout the deal cycle
• Bring creative flair and instinctive tactics to every interaction
• Handle negotiations with a confident, strategic, and win-win mindset

What You Bring:

• Proven affiliate outreach experience - a rolodex of potential partners will set you apart
• Experience in the iGaming, sports betting, or crypto verticals
• Previous success closing high-ticket partnerships or affiliate deals
• Expertise in influencers in the gaming or crypto space
• High social intelligence and natural emotional radar—able to read people fast
• Clear, persuasive communication style (written and verbal)
• Strong behavioral psychology instincts, negotiation skills, and sales finesse
• Ability to adapt pace and style to the situation—passive when needed, assertive when necessary
• A proactive mindset and hunter’s mentality
