We offer 3 channels: Hand-to-hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), and Direct Mail (via national post service). We operate in 10+ countries, including Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. We work with flagship clients like UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and others.

Job description

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and nurturing partnerships aligned with our strategic objectives. The role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and operational execution to maximize partnership value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with company goals and target markets.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, or brand expansion.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts collaboratively with legal and executive teams.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring performance targets are met and collaboration is effective.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and ROI.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal) for seamless execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to build visibility and connect with potential partners.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Proven success in building and managing partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate performance data and make recommendations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, ChatGPT, AI tools)
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and remote teams
