Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We've built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people's hands), Door-to-Door (in people's mailboxes), and Direct Mail (in people's mailboxes via national post service). We operate in 10+ countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. Job Description

The Partnership Associate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and nurturing partnerships that align with our strategic objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and operational execution to maximize the value of each partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with company goals and target markets
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, or brand expansion
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts in collaboration with legal and executive teams
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring performance targets are met and collaboration is effective
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and ROI
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal) to ensure seamless partnership execution
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to build visibility and connect with potential partners


Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be based in Toronto or New York, or willing to relocate to one of these locations
  • 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Tools Proficiency: Comfortable working with spreadsheets and technology tools (e.g., CRM systems), including AI sales tools
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with remote teams across different departments and continents
