Base pay range

CA$78,000.00 / yr - CA$110,000.00 / yr

EHN Canada is the country’s largest provider of private mental health and addiction services, with inpatient operations in most provinces as well as virtual outpatient programs.

EHN Guardians is a division of EHN Canada that cares exclusively for Canadian military, veterans, and first responders. Dedicated inpatient treatment centres exclusively for these members (in BC, ON, and NS) offer specialized clinical treatment for all operational stress injuries. Referents and clients are serviced from start to finish by highly trained Partnership Managers and Guardian Concierge Specialists to optimize navigation, placement, and tracking of treatment success for this highly discerning segment.

Job Summary

The Partnership Manager (PM) is responsible for deepening and expanding business relationships with multiple referents within each Canadian Forces Base (CFB), RCMP Health Services Office (HSO), and Veterans Affairs Canada referral network as well as their internal resource teams and affiliated partners. The PM works closely with EHN Guardians leadership, Guardian Care Specialists, EHN Admissions, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, and other company resources to successfully generate referrals and deliver a superior client and referent experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic and tactical functions include :

  • Leading all partner relations for treatment solutions and delivery provided within the EHN Guardian and EHN Canada network.
  • Providing clinical and operational recommendations to meet the specific needs of customers and work with clinical leadership and internal resources to develop and effectively implement.
  • Participating in Professional Development Plans (IDP) for career growth

Requirements

  • Primarily working in hybrid environment
  • Travel – required to travel to Regional Canada locations, National Office (Toronto, ON), and national conference locations.
  • Must be based in Western Canada
  • This territory covers the Western Provinces with potential for expansion.

  • Able to interface internally within the company with honesty, confidence, respect, and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects involving large revenues and a high degree of complexity.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Project management skills and strategic planning ability required.
  • Computer literacy, including strong competency in Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Experience

  • Account management and sales prospecting / planning processes.
  • Previous healthcare sector experience is a strong asset.
  • Previous experience with Military, Veteran, and / or First Responders is an asset.

Education

  • Post-secondary education in business-related, psychology, or social services.
