Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive coaching and training to new Sub-Dealer Partner locations on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to assess partner performance, provide feedback, and offer additional support as needed.
  3. Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and resources to support partner development and growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
  5. Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Act as a liaison between Wireless DNA and our Sub-Dealer Partner locations, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals and expectations.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and product updates to provide relevant and timely support to partners.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with partners to promote loyalty and long-term success.
