Best Buy Canada is seeking a partner marketing specialist in Vancouver, BC for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will lead end-to-end partner relationships, focusing on strategic planning, relationship building and business growth.

You will drive revenue by collaborating with major tech brands, develop campaign plans for product launches and seasonal events, and create high-performance advertising plans that deliver measurable outcomes.

• 5+ years in advertising/marketing, with 3+ years in retail/CPG.

Join Best Buy Ads as a partner marketing specialist , which you might call a marketing lead, marketing manager or a marketing account manager. You will work on a variety of partner marketing campaigns fromexcitingproduct launches to full-funnel brand and sales building campaigns.With a focus on account management and business development, you own the partner marketing relationship and planning.

We are currently hiring for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with our Best Buy Ads team.

The successful candidates need to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

• Own the end-to-end marketing relationship with partners,serving as mainmarketingpoint of contactandfocusing on strategic planning, relationship building andbusinessgrowth
• Drive incremental revenue for Best Buy Ads in the Marketplace sellers category by building strong vendor relationships with major tech brands
• Identify and pitch new campaign opportunities through regular vendor meetings
• Develop campaign plans and pitch decks for product launches and seasonal events
• Build high performanceadvertisingplansthat achieve measurable business & brand outcomes
• Partner with customer insightsand analyticsteamsto explore shopping behaviorsand analyzecampaign performance data toidentifynew advertising investmentopportunities

Whatwe’relooking for:

• 5+ years progressive experience in advertising/marketing with a minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or CPG environment
• Strong communication, creative thinking, influencing, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Fluent in digital media (CPCs, ROAS…) with complementary sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and navigate internal stakeholders and partners with confidence

Annualized Compensation Range

$66,000.00 - $75,000.00

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience.Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
