PepsiCo Foods Canada at the Scarborough, ON distribution centre is seeking a Part Time Warehouse Technician. The role focuses on the 'move' portion of the business, performing general warehouse duties with an automated pick cart, building orders and loading trucks.

You will help achieve efficiency and accuracy targets, uphold a clean and safe environment, and participate in team meetings. The site offers a dynamic culture and opportunities for growth, with shifts from 2:00pm to 10:00pm and a pay

Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to work independently or in a team and communicate clearly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and following safety rules.
• Forklift experience preferred and valid driving license a plus.

Responsabilités

• Picks customer orders by full cases using voice or scanner.
• Loads route trucks with product using carts or by hand-bombing.
• Uploads cardboard and returns product into inventory.
• Stacks and bundles cardboard; maintains clean and safe facility.
• Attends regular team meetings and adheres to safety practices.

Overview

PepsiCo Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Distribution Centre in Scarborough, ON for a Part Time Warehouse Technician.

Role: The Warehouse Technician will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by playing a critical role in the "move" portion of our business. The Warehouse Technician will perform general warehouse duties involving the operation of an automated pick cart; building orders and loading trucks, delivering efficiency and accuracy targets, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Compensation: $25.51 per hour

Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Candidates will require flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Picks customer orders by full cases by voice or scanner
• Pick customer orders by individual bag on Pre-pick module/cart
• Loads route trucks with product using roller carts or by hand-bombing
• Uploads cardboard and return product from route trucks into inventory
• Stacks and bundles cardboards
• Performs general clean-up/sanitation duties including facility and ground appearance
• Work in a safe manner utilizing safe lifting techniques
• Attend regular scheduled team meetings

Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs as required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Valid Class G drivers license with a clean driving record is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
