Overview

PepsiCo Foods Canada has current openings for a Part Time LASR Driver at our Scarborough Distribution Centre, 6 month contract. Compensation: $28.70 per hour. Shift: AM Start Time 4:00am-5:00am, 8 hour shift. Flexibility in scheduling is a key requirement for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting pre/post-trip truck inspections to ensure proper and safe handling conditions
  • Involved in preparing daily route trucks with accurate product selection following pre-printed pick sheets
  • Verifying order accuracy prior to delivery
  • Safely transporting product to and from a specified location, in a pre-determined sequence
  • Loading and unloading product to and from box trucks
  • Completing required paperwork (Daily driver logs, Signature of Receipts, etc.)
  • Verifying and retrieving all carton returns, product returns, and other return items
  • Sort, tie and stack cardboard, as well as conduct physical inventories as required
  • Interacting with customers, sales team, and warehouse personnel on a daily basis
  • Ability to deliver business results by meeting and exceeding target goals
  • Complying with all DOT and NSC regulations
