Job summary

Medcan Health Management Inc. is seeking a part-time sonographer for our Oakville clinic at 2275 Upper Middle Road E. The role requires 1+ year of ultrasound experience and CMRITO/ARDMS certification. You will prepare rooms, perform exams, and coordinate with clinic teams to ensure excellent patient service.

Pay ranges from CAD 35.43 to 48.72 per hour, commensurate with experience, with on-site parking available. This position supports flexible scheduling across Mon–Sat based on clinic needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sonography experience with abdominal, breast, transvaginal and transrectal exams.
• Certification with CMRITO Ultrasound and ARDMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient history, obtain consent, and perform ultrasound exams.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and perform basic quality control checks.
• Ensure exam results meet facility standards for quality.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure exceptional service and patient experience.
• Operate PACS to enable physician reporting.
