Job summary

The Salvation Army Lethbridge Thrift Store is seeking a part-time Thrift Store Clerk to assist with donations, price items, and support daily retail operations. You will greet customers, operate the till, and help keep the store tidy and welcoming.

Some high school coursework is expected; previous retail experience is an asset. You should be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a cooperative team environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of some high school coursework.
• Experience in retail is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with donation drop offs and unloading donations from vehicles.
• Process donations: cleaning, assessing, testing and pricing donated goods.
• Provide friendly customer service and ringing items through the till.
• Maintain a clean, organized store front and production areas.
• Adhere to OH&S policies and safety procedures.
