Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a motivated retail store tailor-alterations associate to assist customers, mark and alter garments, and ensure proper fit. You will respond to inquiries, suggest wardrobe solutions, and work with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming shop.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, executing alterations, pressing garments, sizing customers, and supporting management in a fast-paced environment. Formal tailoring training and menswear experience are preferred.

• Good technical skill.
• Sound knowledge of various types of sewing equipment.

• Proficiency in all basic and advanced alterations of men's tailored clothing.

RETAIL STORE TAILOR-ALTERATIONS

Provide positive input and valuable assistance throughout the entire customer experience to ensure that each guest is satisfied and receives a final product that is customized to look attractive, fit well, and feel just right.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

• You'll have the opportunity to assist in the selling process by greeting, interacting with, and responding to customers regarding any special requests they may have.
• In addition, you'll use your extensive knowledge of alterations and passion for providing excellent service to expertly mark, alter, and press the garments our customers select.

Pay Range: $20.56-$32.90/hourly

We take into consideration an individual's skills, background and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
