Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Stylist in Kelowna to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support merchandising and store operations. You’ll engage with customers, suggest looks, and promote Levi’s omni-channel approach while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires fashion awareness, the ability to juggle tasks, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical duties include standing and light lifting, with reliable transportation and age 16+.

Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists are consumer centric, open minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues. Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy. Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management

The role requires someone who:

COMPENSATION

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local or provincial requirements or $14.35 - $23.90 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
