Claire’s is hiring a part-time, non-exempt Sales Associate in London, Ontario. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences to drive sales, participate in piercing services with proper training, and maintain a vibrant, organized store that showcases the latest fashion and accessories.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Completed some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and staying up to date with trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering great customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Participate in piercing services training and ensure a clean, sterile environment.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips.
• Represent the Claire's brand and assist customers in finding products and styles.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling and visual merchandising.
• Encourage customers to share their purchases on social media.
