Qualifications

• Some high school completed and at least 1 year retail management experience.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and deliver strong customer service.
• Completed piercings training and ability to perform piercings (where required).
• Proficient with a POS system and cash handling.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift 11–35 kg as part of store duties.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: crush sales goals through outstanding customer experiences and promos.
• Piercing Excellence: train with piercing experts and guide customers through processes.
• Keep It Fresh: maintain attractive displays and organized inventory.
• Team Collaboration: motivate the team and share sales tips with the store.

• Store Operations: oversee operations, cash handling, merchandising, and promos.
