Job summary

UNIQLO Canada is hiring part-time Store Associates for our Coquitlam Centre store in Coquitlam, BC. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, help customers find products, and share in-depth product information to meet needs.

Qualifications

• Part Time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week based on business needs.
• Flexibility in schedule availability and varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about our products.
