About the Role
As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory within the store. Including but not limited to…
• Manage the shipping and receiving of incoming inventory by unloading, unpacking, and inspecting for accuracy and any damages in a timely manner
• Organize products on shelves and in storage areas, following proper inventory procedures to maintain stock levels of all items
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies or overstock situations
• Ensure products are properly labelled, priced, and presented in accordance to store standards
• Keep stockrooms clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards, ensuring easy access to inventory and optimal operational efficiency
• Assist customers by locating products and offering general support as needed
• Work closely with store teams to ensure timely replenishment of products on the sales floor
• Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
• Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, combined with excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
• Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to changing inventory needs and store demands
• Basic math proficiency for scheduled inventory counts and supporting loss prevention efforts
• Adheres to company policies and maintains compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas
• Comfortable using ladders or step stools to climb and access higher shelves or stock
• Willing to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, bright lighting, or fluctuations in temperature
