Job summary

Formula Fig, an experiential skincare company, seeks a part-time Skin Educator in Toronto to deliver high-tech facial treatments and exceptional guest experiences, educate guests on treatments, and guide them toward personalized skincare solutions and product recommendations.

You will work with the Fig Bar Manager and cross-functionally with teams; applicants must have weekend availability, and hold an aesthetics certificate, showing a passion for skin health and strong connection-building.

Qualifications

• Perform thoughtful skincare consultations and educate guests on treatments.
• Educate guests on post-treatment regimens and products.
• Deliver high-tech treatments following Fig protocols.
• Maintain guest safety and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Be a skincare expert: consultations and personalized regimens.
• Deliver high-tech treatments per Fig protocols.
• Drive product memberships and promotions to meet targets.
• Ensure guest safety and maintain documentation.
• Maintain equipment and the Fig Bar environment.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience and Medical teams.
• Engage the community by participating in events.
• Be punctual for scheduled shifts.
