Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations understanding clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
- Perform makeup applications and skincare treatments, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application and techniques.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, create a welcoming environment, and manage bookings/rebooking.
- Participate in sales events and promotions to drive customer engagement.
