Job summary

FedEx Canada is hiring a Part-Time Shuttle Driver at our Regina, Saskatchewan facility. This role involves loading and unloading freight, scanning and sorting packages, and transporting freight within and between facilities using a non-articulated vehicle. Expected shift: 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid, unrestricted Class 5 or Class G driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with equipment or assistance.
• Ability to complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Perform shuttle functions using a non-articulated vehicle.
• Load and unload company vehicles and containers.
• Audit size and weight of packages.
• Sort packages by service type and destination per procedures.
• Scan packages using computerized tracking equipment.
• Follow safety procedures in handling of packages.
