McManes Automotive Group is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver at Eastside Dodge in Calgary. If you love driving, meeting new people, and delivering friendly service, this role offers a great fit for you.

You will transport customers to designated destinations while vehicles are serviced, greet customers, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience. A video submission may be required for selected candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Professional demeanor and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Pick up and deliver customers to designated destinations while their vehicle is being serviced.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and respectfully.
• Listen to and document customer needs and expectations throughout their visit.
• Review and maintain rental vehicle inventory, including availability and service requirements.
• Coordinate customer pick-up and delivery services as required.
• Ensure customer transportation is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for supporting the Service Department by providing safe, reliable, and friendly transportation for customers while their vehicles are being serviced. This role plays an important part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
