The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers.Shuttle Drivers provide a high level of customer service by ensuring all customer and inventory vehicles are in top condition.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Pick up and deliver customers to their destinations whiletheir vehicle is in for service.
• Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuineintent.
• Listen to and document customer needs and expectationsthroughoutthe visit.
• Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rent outs, availability, and services due.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Possessa valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Able to operate manual and automatic transmissionvehicles.
• Professional demeanorand appearance.
• Ability to work in a team and possessstrong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Organized with an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs.
• Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed.
• Ability to manage customer concerns and solve difficult problems.
