Job summary

Aspira Rockland Retirement Living is seeking a part-time Server to join our dining team in Rockland, ON. You will assist with meal service, prep, and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable dining experience for residents, while upholding our standards and compassionate care.

This role requires Smart Serve or Serve It Right, one year of dining room experience, and strong customer service. Flexible shifts include mornings and evenings, with every-other weekend work. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve designation or Serve It Right (SIRS) designation
• One year experience in dining room service
• Proven customer service skills and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ dining experience by assisting with meal service and prep
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas
• Follow Ready, Set, Serve program standards and safety policies
• Ensure safe, pleasant dining for residents and promote a positive dining culture
