First Student in Ottawa is hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers with a B license. You will start mornings with pickup and transport students home in the afternoon, with occasional field trips. No experience required; we provide comprehensive training to help you become a safe, professional driver.

Pay is hourly at $23.34 per hour, with a $5000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Benefits include EAP, discounts, and guaranteed minimum hours. Work Mon-Fri, no nights or summers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid G license and be at least 21 years old.
• Part-time schedule with guaranteed hours and no night shifts.
• No passenger experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding/unloading and assist with seat belts.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with parents and school staff about delays.
