Job summary

OAK + FORT is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Edmonton, Alberta. You will support client service, sales and store operations, delivering an exceptional shopping experience aligned with our brand and culture.

You’ll build client relationships, stay current on new arrivals, drive in-store and eCommerce sales, assist with inventory and POS, and help maintain presentation and loss prevention standards. We offer a generous discount, bonus/commission program, health benefits for eligible staff,

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience by executing OAK+FORT Sales Culture.
• Build and manage client relationships through client database recording.
• Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise.
• Drive sales through OAK+FORT eCommerce purchases and social media platforms.
• Maximize sales during special events and customer services.
• Process cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Participate in stock room setup and organization.
• Maintain proper presentation of merchandise per corporate directives.
• Support shipping/receiving and perform inventory counts.
• Ensure store cleanliness and loss prevention adherence.
