Job summary

Alo is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) at West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, AB. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing inventory, and supporting store operations during peak periods.

The associate will move across the sales floor, maintain visuals, assist with shipments, and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. This position requires physical activity and strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Work with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control and vendor relationships to maximize operations
• Ensure a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs
• Assist in processing shipments and visual merchandising placement
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve client needs quickly
