Job summary

Bath Depot in Edmonton Southpoint is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our Canadian, family-owned team. You will help customers, meet sales goals, and build lasting relationships while delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in retail, can lift 50 lbs, and is available days, evenings, and weekends. We offer growth, bonus potential, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude.
• Strong judgment and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Holds a high school diploma or is currently working toward one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Understand and apply company policies and procedures.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

• Contribute to visual merchandising efforts.
