What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on the kitchen and gardening tools. Reps receive a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential performance-based incentives. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

Reps are paid a $25.25 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, but a stable income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

With over 40 years of training success, our program helps develop sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

We support flexible scheduling to fit individual needs—whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments like classes or family. Inquire about our summer work program.

Sales activities are primarily from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held at our office.
