Silver Hotel Group's Hotel Victoria in downtown Toronto is seeking a Part Time Room Attendant. You will clean and service guest rooms, assist guests, and promote a positive image of the property under supervision. The role requires physical stamina, friendly demeanor, and a service-oriented mindset.

The position offers a dynamic hotel environment, opportunities to grow within SHG, and employee-focused programs. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Move, lift, carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Push and pull a housekeeping cart and equipment over uneven surfaces.
• Reach overhead and below the knees; bend, twist, stoop as needed.
• Stand or walk for extended periods during shift.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning.
• Make beds according to hotel standards.
• Replenish guestroom and bath supplies.
• Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests (e.g., iron, ironing boards).
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (steam clean carpets, etc.).
• Maintain work area and equipment to hotel standards.
• Attend to guest calls/requests/complaints in area of assignment.
• Strive to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
