Job summary

Silver Hotel Group in Whitby, Ontario is seeking a friendly Room Attendant for a part-time position at Holiday Inn Express Whitby. You will clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms under supervision, helping to uphold the hotel’s high standards and guest satisfaction.

You should be reliable, able to lift up to 25 pounds, and available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. We offer education reimbursement, wellness credits, referral programs, leadership development, team events, and staff

Responsibilities

• Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
• Makes the bed(s) according to hotel standards.
• Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
• Delivers and retrieves items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards.
• Performs rotation cleaning duties as required.
• Maintains work area and equipment according to hotel standards.
• Attends to guest calls, requests and complaints in the area.
• Responsible for guest satisfaction and related outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
