Job summary

Encorp Pacific (Canada) is seeking a Part-Time Return-It Associate to support daily operations at the Return-It collection facility in the Greater Vancouver Area, BC. You will assist customers, process container returns, operate RVMs and other equipment, and help ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and operate the daily use of RVMs and automated sorting equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials.
• Knowledge and passion for environmental sustainability practices are a plus.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations of the Return-It collection facility and processing of container returns.
• Provide high level of customer service and explain deposit return process.
• Operate RVMs and automated equipment and handle cash with accuracy.
• Submit end-of-day financial reports and reconcile cash.
• Coordinate with transporters for inventory and shipments.
• Follow safety and health procedures and company policies.
• Suggest process improvements.
