Job summary

adidas Burnaby is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help customers select adidas merchandise, share product information, and promote promotions. You will drive sales by applying adidas selling techniques and delivering great service in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, assisting with inventory, answering telephone inquiries, processing transactions at the POS, and upholding adidas’ brand values and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six month’s retail experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English & French (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting adidas merchandise with product information.
• Provide product information and uphold adidas’ customer service standards.
• Drive and close sales using selling techniques and the in-store POS system.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with inventory and replenishment.
• Handle telephone duties and support customer service inquiries.
• Adhere to adidas’ brand values and Sales Associate competencies.
