Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting Adidas merchandise and provide product information.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Adidas’ selling standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/credit/debit as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with replenishment and inquiries.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Adidas products, promotions, and advertising.
• Support a team environment and adhere to brand values.
• Possibly assist with telephone duties and inventory controls.
