Job summary

MCA is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to join our on-site team in Bathurst, NB. You will set up product displays, follow planograms, ensure visibility and brand representation, stock shelves, and install signage.

Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 5–10 hours per week. You should have merchandising or retail experience, a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle, and comfort with using smartphone apps to capture photos and data.

Qualifications

• Proven merchandising and retail sales experience in grocery, drug store, or big box setting preferred.
• Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Self-starter with pride in work.

Responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange products following planograms.
• Build, modify, and dismantle displays while adhering to client branding standards.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and properly arranged for customer purchase.
• Install signage and perform merchandising services as required by clients.
• Complete online reports and upload photos to keep stakeholders informed.

Wage: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Approximately 5-10 hours per week
Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, but offers flexibility

• Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company's clients.

• Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
