Job summary

MCA is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to join our on-site team in La Ronge, SK. The role centers on creating dynamic product displays, executing planograms, stocking shelves, and installing signage to support client brands.

Applicants should have merchandising experience in grocery or big-box settings, be able to read planograms, own a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with smartphone imaging and data reporting. Typical hours are casual, with an immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• Able to read and execute planograms and maintain brand standards.
• Own a valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange products per planograms.
• Build, modify, and dismantle displays following client branding standards.
• Ensure products are stocked, properly arranged and ready for customer purchase.
• Install eye-catching signage and perform additional merchandising tasks as needed.
• Complete online reports and upload photos to keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Wage: $19 per hour
Hours: Casual
Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, but offers flexibility (Immediate Start)

• Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
• Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
• Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients.
• To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
• Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
• Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
