Merchandising Consultants Associates is seeking a part-time merchandiser for on-site work in Victoria, BC. You will set up displays, ensure stock, and follow planograms to optimize product visibility and branding. The role requires a reliable driver and comfort with mobile imaging apps for reporting.

Hours are casual with a typical Monday–Friday schedule, offering flexibility within standard retail hours. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and values

Qualifications

• Experience with merchandising in grocery, drug store or big box settings.
• Able to read and execute planograms.
• Self-starter who thrives under dynamic merchandising conditions.
• Reliable with a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Set up product displays and arrange products per planograms.
• Build, modify, and dismantle displays while adhering to standards.
• Ensure products are stocked and accessible for customers.
• Install signage and perform additional merchandising tasks as needed.
• Complete online reports, upload photos, and provide updates.

• Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
• Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
• Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients.
• To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
• Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
• Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
