Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: crush sales goals with next-level customer experiences, upsell accessories, and promote promos.
• Piercing Excellence: participate in piercing training, guide customers, ensure sterile environment, address questions throughout the process.
• Keep It Fresh: maintain store displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts for a fun shopping experience.
• Team Collaboration: support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Brand Representation: showcase Claire's products, stay updated on fashion and social trends to help customers find their style.
• Store Operations: oversee operations like inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotions.
