We have an exciting opportunity for aPart-TimeReservations Sales Specialistto join the Worldwide Reservation Operations team. The Four Seasons Reservations Sales Specialist is seen as a trusted advisor who exemplifies the highly personalizedservice for which Four Seasons has been known forover 60 years.Specialists are only a phone call away and work to understand guests’ needs and interests to confidently recommend and book the perfect Four Seasons experience whether they are travelling for business or pleasure in any of our luxury properties around the world.

This is a remote, work-from-home position based in Ontario, Canada #LI-Remote.

Key Activities:

• Use a consultative sales approach toidentifyguests’ needs and make relevantrecommendations.
• Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-selladditionalservices that add value to the guest experience
• Book reservations ensuring a high degree of accuracy
• Clearly explain rates, availability and cancellation policiespertaining tothe reservation
• Respond to customer service inquiries in a professional manner
• Liaise with hotels on behalf of guests and travel professionals
• Meet or exceed established sales and quality goals

Shift:

• Up to29 hours per week
• Working arotatingshiftduring the Contact Centre’s hour of operations --Weekdays8:00 AM – 11:00PMandSaturday/ Sunday9:00 AM - 10:00 PM (These hours are subject to change based on business needs and conditions)

Hourly Base Rate: $25.00 CAD + benefits as part of the total compensation package.
