Formación

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Mentorship and collaboration with clinic teams.
• 1–2+ years of clinic experience (new grads welcomed).
• Ability to thrive in a team-based setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care.
• Mentor and lead as assigned to develop team members.
