Job summary

Triangle Physiotherapy – Oakville, part of Lifemark Health Group, is seeking a compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. The role offers up to 20 hours per week (1:00pm–8:00pm) with a competitive salary range and a supportive, patient-centered culture.

The successful candidate will hold an active license, share a patient-first approach, and engage in mentoring and professional development within Lifemark’s national network.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
• 1–2+ years of clinic experience (preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply!)

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care.
• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
