Compensation: $17.20 - $18.00 per hour

Hours: Availability Monday to Thursday evenings from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

We are seeking someone with a positive and energetic personality! In this role, you are the first person our customers meet, and we want to ensure everyone receives a warm welcome and a bright smile.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and directing them to the appropriate department
• Receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit cards) from customers
• Greeting customers with a clear, friendly voice and professional demeanor
• Handling licensing paperwork
• Performing additional duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience with multi-line phones is an asset
• Valid G driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required but considered an asset
