Docksteader Subaru is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist.

Responsibilities:
  1. Switchboard Operator: Answer all incoming phone calls professionally, politely, and efficiently. Manage a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard, providing information, relaying messages, and announcing visitors to staff.
  2. Administration: Assist with overflow tasks including word processing, data entry, and internet research. Handle mailing tasks such as sorting and stuffing letters and miscellaneous mailings.
  3. Filing Clerk: Perform basic clerical tasks such as organizing invoices and indexed documents, and maintaining cash receipt books.
  4. Front Desk Coordinator: Serve as the first point of contact at the dealership, greeting and directing visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers.
  5. Maintain the appearance: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring documents and files are orderly.
  6. Other duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
