Job summary

CBI Health Group is seeking a Part-time Clinic Experience Associate/PTA to welcome clients, support scheduling, and handle administrative duties in our New Glasgow clinic. You will engage with clients, answer questions, and help maintain efficient clinic flow.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with Physiotherapists to support patient care. Flexible scheduling and team collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in PTA/OTA/Rehabilitation Assistant or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with quick thinking to mitigate issues.
• Ability to switch between tasks quickly and stay organized.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and clinic software.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for clients, guests, team members and stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries promptly in person, by telephone and via email/SMS.
• Anticipate challenges and mitigate barriers to keep operations smooth.
• Provide personalized interactions and communicate client needs to the team.
• Schedule private/acute clients based on Care Plans.
• Educate clients on using digital tools and online booking.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records and information.
• Assist Physiotherapists with busy caseloads.
• Process discharged patient charts and provider reports.
