Job summary

Interior Health is looking for an experienced Project Lead, Evaluation to join our team on a Part-time term basis that is expected to last until October 2027. This position offers a flexible work location from within the Central Okanagan Region area.

The Project Lead prepares and coordinates high priority projects from initial planning through implementation and evaluation at the regional level, reporting to the Manager, Health & Outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to projects, including development of project teams for IH initiatives
• Applies project management and analysis to ensure timely completion and measurable improvements
• Analyzes strategies and opportunities to support Health & Housing objectives
• Identifies and resolves barriers to enable successful project implementation
• Provides regular updates and formal reports on project status and outcomes
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to align planning and implementation
